NSF update

  NSF Announces Programs  with Required Grants.gov Submissions:  In FY 2007, NSF will once again require mandatory submission of one grant opportunity per directorate.  Except as noted below, all other NSF submissions using Grants.gov is optional.  ORS strongly recommends the use of FastLane in cases when Grants.gov submission is optional.
